First Trailer for STARGATE UNIVERSE Season 1.5 – Premieres April 2 on Syfy

Syfy has released the first trailer for Stargate Universe season 1.5 – which premieres April 2.  If you missed the first ten episodes, I won’t spoil what happens in this intro, all I’ll say is the second half of the first season looks like it’s got a lot more action and a major issue for the crew to overcome.

As I’ve said a number of times, I’m a big fan of SGU and think it’s definitely worth checking out.  If you missed the first ten episodes, Syfy is airing is airing an all-day marathon of the first ten episodes on April 2nd ( starting at 11 a.m.) and it leads into the new first episode of season 1.5.

Here’s the official synopsis:

SGU follows a band of soldiers, scientists and civilians, who must fend for themselves as they are forced through a Stargate when their hidden base comes under attack. The desperate survivors emerge aboard an ancient ship, which is locked on an unknown course and unable to return to Earth. Faced with meeting the most basic needs of food, water and air, the group must unlock the secrets of the ship’s Stargate to survive. The danger, adventure and hope they find on board the Destiny will reveal the heroes and villains among them.

SGU stars Robert Carlyle, Jamil Walker Smith, Brian J. Smith, David Blue, Justin Louis, Elyse Levesque and Alaina Huffman.  Robert C. Cooper and Brad Wright are the executive producers.
