It’s been quite a while since we got that first trailer for David Ayer’s Fury, but now we’ve got a brand new international one and it’s as explosive as ever. Brad Pitt leads as Wardaddy, an army sergeant and tank commander with Bible (Shia LaBeouf), Gordo (Michael Pena), Coonass (Jon Bernthal) and the group newbie, Norman (Logan Lerman), under his command.
While on the Fury set, Ayer told Steve that the goal was to make an authentic film that offers up an unapologetic look at the tail end of World War II and based on this new Fury international trailer, there’s a good chance he might have nailed it. Hit the jump to check out the trailer for yourself. Fury arrives in theaters on October 17th.
Here’s the official synopsis for Fury:
FURY is set at the very end of World War II, in April 1945. As the Allies make their final push in the European Theater, a battle-hardened army sergeant named Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) commands a Sherman tank and her five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Outnumbered and outgunned, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds in their heroic attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.
