While it’s been off the air for over two years now, the legacy of Futurama endures. Matt Groening and David X. Cohen’s endlessly entertaining sci-fi animated series had a long, rocky road throughout its run, debuting in 1999 as the highly anticipated new series from the creator of The Simpsons, facing cancellation numerous times before Fox finally dropped the ax, and being resurrected on Comedy Central in 2008. The show is, for now at least, over, but that doesn’t mean we can’t continue to enjoy and celebrate its colorful cast of characters and whip smart humor.

Which brings me to this: the folks at Acme Archives have three new custom Futurama prints that will be going on sale on their Dark Ink website this Friday, February 12th, and we’ve got an early look at them. Artist Dave Perillo is responsible for the Leela and Bender prints, while Steve Thomas crafted the lovely Slurm poster.

The pieces will run you $50, but they’d certainly make a fine addition to anyone’s custom poster art collection. Take a look below, and head to the Dark Ink site on Friday to purchase.
