As the premiere date looms closer for the second season of HBO’s excellent series Game of Thrones, we’re starting to get a better idea of what to expect. While the first trailers were more about mood and atmosphere, more recent ones have delved a bit into the plot. This new trailer is a case of the latter, as it focuses on the dangerous act of falling in love in the Game of Thrones universe (read: if you fall in love, people will die). I’m incredibly eager to see what season two of the series has in store, and this new trailer is sufficiently swell.

Hit the jump to watch the trailer. If you missed any of our previous Game of Thrones coverage, be sure to check out series production videos, character posters, and an image gallery. Season two of Game of Thrones begins Sunday, April 1st on HBO.

Tip: If you follow Game of Thrones on Facebook you can get all of the “news” you read about on here a day early. Then you can skip over the annoying bullshit. Why people think it makes an article interesting to read if they inject their awful “personality” into it. Like I give a shit that you can’t wait to see the new season. What does that have to do with anything? And isn’t it implied by the fact that you’re covering it? Say something worthwhile. These sites are all the same these days– there is no point to going to any of them because they all say the same thing. Nobody gives you any perspective that might make for entertaining reading and the news usually already in my twitter or facebook feed.

Tip: hug your kids when they’re good, slap them when they do things retarded, and teach them to read. Hopefully they don’t grow up to be winey bitches that visit sites they don’t like, and if they can read at an early age, they will do well enough in school so they can get a job. In turn they wont enough time comment on sites they don’t like and shouldn’t visit in the first place.

Tip #2: You sound stupid. Sit the next one out.

Collider remains the most reliable place for movie and TV related news. It’s the only place you need for this stuff and you won’t have to troll through facebook and 10 other sites. Of course, then what would people like Kevin do with their time?

I’m gonna go ahead and say how much I love Collider. I read it every day.

If I didn’t like a website, I would stop visiting it. I wouldn’t constantly leave comments complaining about it.

      Agreed

    Totally agree with Mike.

I come to these sites to get covered on the actualities of series and movies, so I don’t have to follow every Facebook and twitter feed out there.

It’s like a good summary, you just get the important stuff.
