The second season of Game of Thrones is a little over two months away, and a new trailer has gone online.  If you thought the wait for season two was painful already, you’re going to be in agony after you see this trailer.  It’s all new footage, it sets up some key relationships, hints where the plot is going (for people who haven’t read the novels), and when Arya says “Anyone can be killed,” it’s basically the ethos for the entire series.  It’s also not a bad marketing strategy to make Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) the focus of the trailer.

Hit the jump to check out the new trailer.  The new season of Game of Thrones premieres April 1st on HBO.

Via HBO.

Def. excited for this show to come back. We need more great fantasy epics. HBO did it right, <3 to HBO for being such an excellent program.

I hated seeing Eddard Stark killed off. What a waste of talent. Sean Bean brought so much to this series. Boromir would be proud.

This show is special, no doubt about it

Swweeet… One of the best shows on T.V. ouside of Louie. Hopefully HBO doesn’t screw the second season up like they did with Carnivale and Rome.

Can’t wait for this. Read the books after watching the first few episodes of season 1. Only going to get better and better for this show.
