At the end of Game of Thrones' fourth season, Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage) managed to escape from King's Landing aboard a ship bound for the Free Cities. On the run from all those he knows, he'll have to make a new start for himself in this upcoming season. Of course, crossing the Narrow Sea also brings him a few steps closer to Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) and her dragons, which seems to be the theme here in this Game of Thrones Season 5 key art, released today.

HBO also revealed a few teaser clips for the upcoming season today, adding that to the the images, and of course the official trailer, that have posted in the last few weeks.

All of this also comes on the heels of the news that the book readers may not be too happy with deaths in Season 5 that don't happen in the books (at least, not yet … which is part of the quandary. Tears for everyone!)

All will be revealed, though, when the series returns to HBO on April 12th. Winter may have come for us in the U.S. already, but for those in Westeros, it is only beginning. Valar morghulis, my friends. All men must die. Some by cold. Some by dragon.
