Earlier this morning, Sony released the terrific Ghostbusters trailer online. The film follows a new team of ghostbusters who must deal with another supernatural threat to New York City. As we saw from the trailer, director Paul Feig’s reboot will have a flavor all its own while still staying true to the action and comedy of the classic film (learn even more about it here). I was highly encouraged by what I saw from the trailer, and I can’t wait to see the leading ladies busting some ghosts. I particularly liked the design behind the proton packs and the spirits, and we’ve highlighted both in the screengrabs below.

The film opens July 15th, and stars Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon, Leslie Jones, Charles Dance, Michael Kenneth Williams, and Chris Hemsworth.
