Jinx and Snake Eyes Fight in New Clip from G.I. JOE: RETALIATION

     March 22, 2013

A new clip from G.I. Joe: Retaliation has been released.  In the upcoming sequel, the Joes are at war with the Cobra as well as the U.S. government, which is being led by an imposter President.  It’s a slight embellishment to say that Jinx (Elodie Yung) and Snake Eyes (Ray Park) “fight” in this clip unless “fight” means Jinx swinging swords wildly at Snake Eyes and hoping to hit something.  The blindfold doesn’t seem to be doing much good as a teaching tool.

My god!! Just hire a solid choreographer if your doing combat scenes. If they can make movies like the Raid, pretty much a 90 minute fight sequence, than you can put together 2 minutes of fighting without the camera having a seizure. Seriously hard to believe how bad that looks, and then to know it was released to get people excited?!

want to like this movie, but BO.com says 121 for a projected total domestic take in the US. This would breakeven for the movie, just barely. I wonder how much they improved after delaying it with just 3D and the addition of Tatum for his popularity in male stripper flick. Not every encouraging
