We're happy to host the exclusive premiere of an alternate poster from director Eugenio Mira's upcoming thriller Grand Piano, starring Elijah Wood and John Cusack.  The film centers on the supremely talented pianist Tom Selznick (Wood) who is attempting his first concert in years after crippling anxiety kept him from the stage.  As soon as he sits down to play, he finds himself locked into a battle of wits against an unseen assassin, forced to turn in the perfect performance or his life will be forfeit.

Also starring Tamsin Egerton, Kerry Bishé and Alex Winter, Grand Piano will be available OnDemand starting January 30th, with a limited theatrical release on March 7th.  Hit the jump to check out the full poster.

Synopsis:
