Warner Bros. has released a new featurette for director Alfonso Cuaron’s masterful space-set dramatic thriller Gravity, this time focusing on the film’s great use of 3D. I’ve already heaped effusive praise on the film after catching it at TIFF, but I cannot stress enough how important it is to see this movie in IMAX 3D. In concert with the rest of his tremendous filmmaking technique, Cuaron’s use of the 3D format wholly immerses the audience into the film, making Gravity much more than just a movie—it’s an experience. In this new featurette, Cuaron, Sandra Bullock, and producer David Heyman discuss the film’s 3D and what it brings to the picture.
