‘Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2’: James Gunn Confirms Post-Credits Scene Is Already Written

When it comes to Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Gunn walks the line between keeping fans happy and keeping his employers mollified, and he does it in such a way as to inform the moviegoing masses while keeping all of Marvel’s most guarded secrets safe.

In a recent bout of social media sharing, Gunn commented on the status of the film, which is scheduled to start shooting in Atlanta in a few weeks. The news comes just after a table read by the gathered cast, one which includes returning actors like Chris PrattDave Bautista, and Zoe Saldana, but will also be featuring some new faces. According to Gunn, fans can expect an official casting announcement sometime soon. He addressed as much in the following comments, along with the fact that even there will be a post-credits scene and it’s already scripted!
