The first unofficial set photos from Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters have leaked online.  Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton star as the title characters who are still harboring resentment because they were almost killed by witches when they were kids.  There’s nothing super-remarkable about the photos although you’ll see that just because you’re hunting witches, doesn’t mean you can’t look stylish.

Hit the jump to check out the set photos.  Directed by Tommy Wirkola (Dead Snow), the film also stars Famke Janssen, Ingrid Bolsø Berdal, and Peter Stormare.  Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters opens in 3D on March 2, 2012.

  1. Gemma Arterton is so beautiful and voluptuous. This incredibly gorgeous and curvaceous young woman is pure English perfection. Now she has to drop that horse’s ass husband of hers. She has poor taste in men and deserves better than an ugly 37 year old who obviously can’t handle women around his age.

  2. and this is the reason hollywood makes shitty movies. Who cares what the story is about if the leads are beautiful people..

Case and point the comments in here.

  3. Why does every leather coat have to come from the fucking Matrix and be black. Perhaps its just me but no more black on black costumes for movie heroes, its just becoming a satirical trope at this point.

  4. Why does every leather coat have to look like its out of the fucking Matrix. Maybe its just me but please, no more black on black costumes for leading roles. It’s just turning into a satirical trope at this point.
