Holy awesomeness-overload Batman! Spike TV’s Scream Awards debuted a multitude of video from some highly anticipated projects.   Included is a “new” trailer for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1, a clip from AMC’s new series The Walking Dead, and an onstage Back to the Future reunion with Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd.

To view the clips, and for more on the projects, hit the jump.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 1 is, of course, the first half of the final chapter in the fantastically popular Harry Potter series.  The final two installments are directed by Order of the Phoenix and Half-Blood Prince helmer David Yates. As we previously reported, Warner Bros. has smartly cancelled its plans to convert Part 1 into 3D, as they quickly realized there was not enough time to complete a quality conversion.  If you haven’t already, be sure to check out our extensive set visit for the Deathly Hallows, chock-full of interviews with the cast and crew.  This trailer isn’t really new as much as it’s a shorter version of the trailer that was released last month.

AMC’s new series The Walking Dead comes from writer/director Frank Darabont (The Shawshank Redemption) and the graphic novel of the same name by Robert Kirkman.  Given AMC’s track record, with the superb Mad Men and Breaking Bad (and, to a lesser extent, Rubicon), I personally can’t wait to see this.  The Comic-Con trailer was simply fantastic. Kirkman is also a producer/writer on the show, and early word is very strong for AMC’s fourth original series. The Walking Dead debuts on October 31st on AMC.

Finally, Back to the Future stars Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd reunited onstage at the Scream Awards and 80’s nerds everywhere shrieked in excitement.  This year marks the 25th anniversary of the greatest time travel movie ever made, with the anniversary edition Blu-ray of the trilogy hitting stores on October 26th.
