We’ve already heard that Danny Trejo was joining the fourth season of Sons of Anarchy this fall, but now a stranger name has entered the mix for the new season. TV Guide has learned that Baywatch lifeguard and cheeseburger coinesseur David Hasslehoff has landed a role on the FX drama. Even more weird is that he’ll be playing Dondo, a well-endowed former porn star who is now making major coin by producing sleazy girl-on-girl adult films. Apparently his career was given a bump thanks to Luanne (Dendrie Taylor) and so he “gets involved in a little dirty work in her memory.” Hasslehoff certainly has a sleazy nature about him in his old age, so this sounds like perfect casting.

Details on Elizabeth Hurley joining the cast of Gossip Girl after the jump.
For the fifth season of the CW series, Elizabeth Hurley will be joining the cast for a multiple-episode arc as a new female to be reckoned with who will have a big effect on the characters of Gossip Girl. Executive producers Stephanie Savage and Joshua Safran told TV Line that Hurley will play Diana Payne, a sexy, smart, self-made media mogul and all-around force to be reckoned with. Diana’s entrance on the Upper East Side will change the lives of all our characters including, and especially, Gossip Girl herself. Hurley was featured as the villain in the now canned Wonder Woman pilot, but I guess this is a nice fallback for her since Gossip Girl is quite the popular show in certain sects.
