When director Aleksander Bach's action-thriller Hitman: Agent 47 opens in theaters on August 21st, fans of the IO Interactive video game series will get to see Rupert Friend in action as the title assassin. If they stick around through the movie's end credits, they'll get to see a little more. We have word that a villain from the video games will make an appearance in order to antagonize Agent 47 in a possible sequel. Spoilers follow below, so if you'd rather check the film out in theaters and see the post-credits scene for yourself, stop reading now.

As ScreenRant reports, early on in the credits sequence a character from the 2006 video game 'Hitman: Blood Money' will make an appearance. While there are plenty of villains to choose from, especially considering that Agent 47 is but one of many clones with heightened abilities, this one in particular is Mark Parchezzi III, otherwise known as The Albino. And if you're wondering if this will be some shadowy tease of a man in a white suit whose face is hidden, think again; the actor performing the part will be revealed, though we don't have the identity at this moment. If the film does well and a sequel gets the greenlight, then fans should expect to see Agent 47 square off against the Albino and his rival company of assassins in the follow-up.

Also starring Zachary QuintoHannah Ware, Ciarán Hinds, and Thomas Kretschmann Hitman: Agent 47 opens August 21st. Here’s the official Hitman: Agent 47 synopsis:

HITMAN: AGENT 47 centers on an elite assassin who was genetically engineered from conception to be the perfect killing machine, and is known only by the last two digits on the barcode tattooed on the back of his neck. He is the culmination of decades of research and forty-six earlier Agent clones — endowing him with unprecedented strength, speed, stamina and intelligence. His latest target is a mega-corporation that plans to unlock the secret of Agent 47’s past to create an army of killers whose powers surpass even his own. Teaming up with a young woman who may hold the secret to overcoming their powerful and clandestine enemies, 47 confronts stunning revelations about his own origins and squares off in an epic battle with his deadliest foe.
