So, according to stuff.co.nz, anyone could join the perpetual celebration at the Party Tree, and then mosey down the lane to The Green Dragon, where Bilbo met Thorin Oakshield to begin his career as a burglar. Afterwards, you could even stroll across Bywater bridge. Hobbiton offered some of the most idyllic scenery and images in the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, and is sure to become an extremely popular tourist attraction. This is the icing on the cake for New Zealanders, who were just assured that The Hobbit would return for filming.
