How to Fire Someone in Gotham City

When villains in Gotham City are locked up at Arkham Asylum, I’m sure they swap stories about shitty employers and how they got canned.  It seems to be a common theme that poor employment termination can lead to some pretty deadly consequences.  That’s why the GCPD has put together a handy guide for how to deal with potential malcontents who may wreak havoc on the city because they lost their job.  Thankfully, most cities don’t share Gotham’s problems, but with this recession, Gotham City could be in worse shape than after No Man’s Land.
