Craig Ferguson‘s character Gobber has come a long way since the first How to Train Your Dragon movie, stepping up big time when Hiccup (voiced by Jay Baruchel How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World) lost his father, and helping him continue to embrace the ways of the Viking which ultimately lead Hiccup to where we find him in – as the chief and ruler of Berk. Hiccup is quite pleased with the human-dragon utopia he helped build but when a new threat rolls in, he’s got no choice but to look for safety somewhere else so he sets his sights on a mythical hidden world. Searching for this place and protecting the population of Berk is no easy task, but fortunately, Hiccup has friends like Gobber to back him up and help him with this mission.
With How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World due in theaters on February 22nd, I got the chance to chat with Ferguson and opted to play a round of our movie-themed “Would You Rather” with him. Find out if Ferguson would rather work with a real animal or CG creature, work on a set with no food or no caffeine, fake sneeze or fake vomit in a scene, and much more in the video interview at the top of this article. And if you’re looking for even more The Hidden World coverage, click here for my chat with Baruchel and America Ferrara.
