The simulations are key to the society and the way the story progresses in The Divergent Series, but crazy, CG-heavy stunts and crazy, CG-heavy stunts alone wasn’t really the best way to pull moviegoers back into the material for the second film. However, ever since all that flying building nonsense, the Insurgent promotional campaign has been focusing more and more on quieter moments that remind you of what Tris (Shailene Woodley) had in the first film and understand what she’ll be fighting for in the next installment.

With tickets to Insurgent officially going on sale today, Summit opted to release the final trailer for the film and it takes another big step away from the sims, making room for more heartfelt, telling material that gives the action purpose. You can check out the final The Divergent Series: Insurgent trailer below. The film hits theaters in 2D, 3D and IMAX 3D on March 20th and stars Shailene Woodley, Theo James, Octavia Spencer, Zoë Kravitz, Miles Teller, Ansel Elgort, Maggie Q, Daniel Dae Kim, Naomi Watts and Kate Winslet.
