IGN has debuted the international trailer for Louis Leterrier’s Clash of the Titans and it heavily resembles the previous trailer for the film.  That’s a good thing since the previous trailer was kind of fucking amazing.  We recently reported that the film has moved back from its March 26th release date to April 2nd so that Warner Bros. can give it a 3D transfer.  I have no issues with a 3D kraken and neither should you or anyone else on this planet.  The technology looks like a good fit for Clash and hopefully the film will be excellent whether a giant scorpion is charging at you or not.

Hit the jump to check out the international trailer along with a synopsis.

For those just tuning in, here’s a brief synopsis for Clash of the Titans.

The ultimate struggle for power pits men against kings and kings against gods. But the war between the gods themselves could destroy the world. Born of a god but raised as a man, Perseus (Sam Worthington) is helpless to save his family from Hades, vengeful god of the underworld. With nothing left to lose, Perseus volunteers to lead a dangerous mission to defeat Hades (Ralph Fiennes) before he can seize power from Zeus (Liam Neeson) and unleash hell on earth. Leading a daring band of warriors, Perseus sets off on a perilous journey deep into forbidden worlds. Battling unholy demons and fearsome beasts, he will only survive if he can accept his power as a god, defy his fate and create his own destiny.
