Marvel has released four new images from Iron Man 3, including a nice look at the Iron Patriot armor and our first glimpse at Rebecca Hall as fellow scientist Maya Hansen. Hall is 30 and Hansen’s comic character bio suggests she is an adult scientist, but her sneakers-and-a-hoodie dress make her look much younger. It is probably more important to note she was just knocked to the pavement and has a gash in her forehead.
Robert Downey Jr., Don Cheadle, Gwyneth Paltrow, Ben Kinsgley, Guy Pearce, Ashley Hamilton, Jon Favreau and James Badge Dale also star the superhero sequel. Iron Man 3 opens May 3, 2013. See the new images after the jump.

Official synopsis:
Marvel Studios’ Iron Man 3 pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy’s hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man?

I don’t get it. Why do sites say there are new images to a movie, when those “new” images are just screenshots from the trailer?
I know what you mean…. its kinda sad. and we’ve seen these screenshots before.
I don’t understand this either. Is it they just assume everyone is stupid? Oh because we put it in picture form its a “new image” that u haven’t seen. It’s almost as dumb as a 10 second teaser trailer for a 30 second teaser trailer.
new my arse
Lies!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sadly, COLLIDER is no longer what it was…
Does anyone recall the reference to “the ten rings” in the first Iron Man? Obviously goes back to The Mandarin, who was first choice for villain in that piece. That said, I personally don’t care for the character of Rhodes, or the Iron Patriot costume.
Yeah its in the conversation between the Tony Starks main captor and Obedia, when they are in the desert negotiating for the suits of armor and obedia paralizes him then tells him that technology is their achilles heal in that part of the world.
