Marvel has released the first clip from Iron Man 3.  Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) has always had an odd relationship with the press, whether he's sleeping with them asking them to sit down on the ground, or telling them he's Iron Man.  This time around, he uses the press to deliver a direct threat to the Mandarin (Ben Kingsley) with the promise of "good, old-fashioned revenge."  I assume it's lawful to threaten someone with murder as long as that person is a known terrorist?  I'll have to check the Patriot Act.
