Iron Man 3 is doing its part to help blow up Hollywood in these new set videos captured last night. The stunt sequence seems to involve an explosion and the resulting chaos as cars slam into each other and people run screaming through the streets. It looks like the stunt has attempted to blow up the former Grauman’s Chinese Theater in order to make way for the theater’s new name (not really), after it was purchased by Chinese TV maker, TCL. It’s possible that this stunt is part of reshoots for the film instead of an all-new sequence.
Iron Man 3, starring Robert Downey Jr., Gwenyth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Guy Pearce and Ben Kingsley, opens internationally in IMAX 3D on April 25th, with a wide release on May 3rd. Hit the jump to watch the set videos of the stunt sequence.
