“Come get a taste!”

Earlier tonight, Frosty went to a press conference for The Foot Fist Way, Danny McBride’s first stop on the road to stardom, and had a chat with director Adam McKay afterwards. What he got was a scoop that will make your entire week. Al Gore invented the internet for news like this. I know you want to see The Dark Knight. Some of you want to see Hellboy 2. But the most anticipated sequel of all time may be on the way… Anchorman 2: The Wrath of St. Mantooth (not the actual title, but it should be). I hope the movie has bits of real panther in it.

Here’s what Adam said. Click here to hear it.

Collider: What did you just say?

Adam McKay: I’m looking to do another movie, I might do this other movie called Channel 3 Billion which is kind of this science fiction/Brazil type comedy. Then after that, Will and I are like let’s do Anchorman 2…so you’re talking like 2 years maybe we’ll do it. But we’re going to do it, for sure.

Collider: That’s like 100%?

Adam McKay: Yeah, yeah, yeah. We’re dying to do it. Unless we can’t get the cast together, which is always kind of a tricky thing. But, I think, with that cast we’re all friends, so yeah, we want to do it.

Oh, and I’ve heard Step Brothers is a comedy classic. That will probably keep you busy until this epic is released. Rudd, Carrell, Koechner, and Vaughn better be as cool as they seem and sign on the dotted line.
