An image for the new James Bond film, Skyfall, is getting passed around with the claim that it's an official image.  In terms of the framing and image quality, that certainly seems true.  But I can't believe that an image of Bond lounging poolside is the first official look at the film.  I mean, I know 007 doesn't mind going for a dip, but the shot doesn't scream "Bond".  It screams "Daniel Craig enjoys his stay at the London Four Seasons (where the shot was taken)."

I trust the source; I'm just having trouble believing my eyes.  Hit the jump to check out the image.  Skyfall stars Daniel Craig, Naomie Harris, Ben Chaplin, Judi Dench, Berenice Marlohe, Helen McCroy, Albert Finney, and Ralph Fiennes.  The film opens November 9th.
