With Logan Lerman set to star in Amazon's upcoming series The Hunt and Al Pacino's deal all but done, producer Jordan Peele has turned his attention to casting the rest of the ensemble. To that end, sources tell Collider that Jerrika Hinton, Dylan Baker, Lena Olin, Greg Austin, Catherine Tate, Tiffany Boone, Saul Rubinek and Carol Kane are in various stages of negotiations to join the '70s-set drama.

Amazon had no comment.

Based on an original idea by David Weil, who was inspired by true events, The Hunt follows Jonah Heidelbaum (Lerman), who finds himself swept into a secret group known as The Hunters, who are devoted to rooting out Nazi officials who now live in America under assumed identities. Pacino will play a veteran Nazi hunter who becomes his mentor.

Hinton is in talks to play the series' female lead, Millie Malone, an in-your-face FBI agent who's marginalized in the Bureau because of her race and gender. Baker is in talks to play Biff Simpson, a Waspy politician and family man hiding a dark secret. Austin is set to play Travis Leich, a young man eager to serve the murderous Nazi cause. Olin is being eyed to play another Nazi, while Tate is being eyed to play a nun. Finally, Rubinek and Kane are set to play a Hasidic couple named Murray and Mindy Markowitz.

The Hunt hails from Peele’s Monkeypaw Productions and Sonar Entertainment, and Amazon has given the vengeance-driven series a 10-episode order. Weil created the show and will serve as showrunner alongside Nikki Toscano, and the two of them will join Peele as executive producers along with Sonar’s Tom Lesinski and Jenna Santoianni, and Monkeypaw’s Win RosenfeldAlfonso Gomez-Rejon (Me and Earl and the Dying Girl) is expected to direct the first episode, which is slated to start production later this month in New York.

Hinton starred on the hit ABC series Grey's Anatomy as Dr. Stephanie Edwards and also appeared in the indie movie Teacher of the Year alongside Peele's former partner-in-comedy Keegan-Michael Key. The Hunt is a major role for the actress, and she earned it the hard way -- by paying her dues. She's represented by Greene & Associates Talent Agency and Trademark Talent.

Baker is a veteran character actor who makes for a great bad guy, as seen in Happiness and Trick 'r Treat. He also played Dr. Curt Connors in Sam Raimi's Spider-Man sequels. He has been on dozens of TV shows including Murder One, Damages, The Americans, Homeland and most recently I'm Dying Up Here, in which he played Johnny Carson. He's repped by Innovative Artists and Viking Entertainment.

Olin previously starred on ABC's Alias, while her more recent TV credits include HBO's Vinyl and Netflix's Mindhunter. She's repped by Paradigm and Untitled Entertainment. Meanwhile, Tate is best known for playing Nellie on NBC's The Office, and she's repped by UTA and The Artists Partnership.

Austin is best known for playing Jeremy Piven's son Gordon Selfridge on the PBS/ITV series Mr Selfridge. He's represented by Jonathan Arun Talent and Industry Entertainment. As for Boone, her TV credits include the Kevin Bacon series The Following as well as The Chi, and the door remains open for Boone to return to that Showtime series. The actress' feature credits include Joseph Kahn's Detention and the YA movie Beautiful Creatures with Alden Ehrenreich. She's repped by ICM Partners and LINK Entertainment.

Kane is coming off of the Netflix series Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, and she also played the mother of Joaquin Phoenix and John C. Reilly in The Sisters Brothers, which was one of the best films of last year, despite what the Oscar nominations would have you believe. She's represented by Stewart Talent and Liebman Entertainment.

Rubinek recently played movie mogul Louis B. Mayer in The Last Tycoon and had a recurring role on Amazon's The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. He also appeared in the final segment of the Coen brothers' Western anthology The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, and has a segment of The Rewatchables podcast named after him thanks to his beloved performance in True Romance. He's repped by Artists & Representatives, Noble Caplan Abrams and Opus Entertainment.
