Filming on Justice League is well underway across the pond, and last week Collider’s own Steve Weintraub got the opportunity to visit the London set of the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice follow-up along with a few other reporters. In addition to our plethora of set visit coverage that you’ll see on Collider all week, Warner Bros. has also unveiled the official synopsis and logo for the superhero team-up film as well as an official image of the new and improved Batmobile.

Zack Snyder returns to direct Justice League with a cast that includes Ben Affleck, Henry Cavill, Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller, and Ray Fisher, and the official Justice League movie synopsis is as follows:

Fueled by his restored faith in humanity and inspired by Superman’s selfless act, Bruce Wayne enlists the help of his newfound ally, Diana Prince, to face an even greater enemy.  Together, Batman and Wonder Woman work quickly to find and recruit a team of metahumans to stand against this newly awakened threat.  But despite the formation of this unprecedented league of heroes—Batman, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Cyborg and The Flash—it may already be too late to save the planet from an assault of catastrophic proportions.

As you’ll read in our set visit coverage, the threat that the Justice League are facing is one that was actually teased in Batman v Superman, and it certainly sounds like Affleck’s Batman and Gadot’s Wonder Woman are leading the charge in forming this supergroup before it’s too late. How does Superman fit into it all given that he’s, you know, dead? That, my friends, is the million dollar question.

For now, check out a picture of the brand new Batmobile below followed by the official Justice League logo in two different formats. Also starring J.K. Simmons and Amber HeardJustice League opens in theaters on November 17, 2017.
