One of the more under-reported films to premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival this past September was Massy Tadjedin’s (Wednesday) debut Last Night. Originally one of the late great Miramax’s final purchases, the film now finds itself without a buyer in lieu of the company’s closing. However, with names such as Keira Knightley, Sam Worthington, and Eva Mendes attached, don’t count on that to be the case forever.

Here’s the synopsis (via IMDb):
The story follows a married couple, apart for a night while the husband takes a business trip with a colleague to whom he’s attracted. While he’s resisting temptation, his wife encounters her past love.

Meh. . . . . . . . . . . much story? :S
finally a trailer, this film was made like 2 years ago, then it got caught in limbo with the whole miramax thing going down
And the twist is Knightley upgrades her Australian boyfriend for a french one, and Worthington upgrades his pain in the ass british girlfriend for an American one. Nice
could either be really good or really meh. Im still not sold on worthington’s acting chops just yet.
