HBO has unveiled a trailer for the upcoming third season of the satirical series Last Week Tonight with John Oliver, and it’s pretty funny. The pay cable network poached John Oliver from his correspondency with The Daily Show after he did a swell job filling in for host Jon Stewart while he took a sabbatical to direct Rosewater. Oliver’s shift to pay cable and a once-weekly timeslot proved to be incredibly successful, as the comedian uses the series to not only recap the week’s biggest political stories in humorous fashion, but he and his team also take a sort of investigative journalism approach to one major story per episode, resulting in something that’s both hilarious and informative, shining a light on some of our nation's most troubling, confusing, or underreported issues.

For this third season promo, the show touts its return using negative reviews from folks like Donald Trump and the Wall Street Journal as Oliver sits at a desk that won’t stop rotating. It’s a really funny way to remind viewers that the show is coming back, and that Oliver has in no way lost his comedic sharpness. Check it out below. Last Week Tonight with John Oliver returns on Sunday, February 14th.
