Starting with last year’s season, ABC took a unique approach to help viewers decipher the labyrinthine Lost with “Lost Untangled.” The short online videos use a DIY mixture of action figures, cardboard cutouts, miniature sets, and comic book panels to recap each week’s Lost. Now, courtesy of The Live Feed, we have a five minute “Lost Untangled” recap of Lost‘s first five perplexing seasons in preparation for the fast approaching final episodes.
It’s equal parts obnoxious and clever, but all in all there is enough of the latter to make it worth checking out. It won’t help neophytes in the least, but the recap is a brief and entertaining reintroduction to the Lost world for longtime fans who are excited for the final season. If you do push play, beware of heavy spoilers for the all five seasons of Lost. Personally, I’m more partial to this Lost series recap, but I generally prefer monotonous female voiceovers to hysteric male narration. We are now less than a month away from the final season, but in my opinion it can’t come soon enough.
Check out the clip after the jump. The sixth and final season of Lost premieres on Tuesday, February 2nd at 9:00 PM on ABC.
