Last year, one of my favorite new series was Louis C.K.’s self-titled comedy series Louie on FX. Like a more gritty, depressing and realistic version of Seinfeld, the show follows Louis C.K. as he deals with the trials and tribulations of being divorced, having two kids, dating and more. And throughout each episode are great stand-up bits from the fantastic comedian himself. Well, thankfully the show is returning this summer for its second season and we have a funny promo for the new season featuring Louis C.K. trying to tell us about the upcoming premiere while his onscreen daughters hop around on the couch. It’s just the right amount of comedy and standard Louis C.K. stoicism and mild depression. The new season premieres on FX June 23rd, at 10:30/9:30c, but in the meantime, check out the promo below.

Deleting comments doesn’t make the fact that you posted a music video instead of the trailer go away. In fact, the professionalism all the commenters said you were lacking only shines through harder now that you have attempted to hide your mistake. Disgusting.
Don’t waste your breath. These guys will only engage in conversation with fanboys who don’t call them on anything.
Collider is great for showing the world why blogs are ruining good journalism. There’s a big difference between a learned reporter with integrity and a computer geek with too much time on his hands.
This site has all but ruined the fun of cameos and trailers, and resorts to such chestnuts as “after the jump” ad nauseum… and leaves that link copy in the body of the article! Weak sauce.
We’re actually dealing with a new server that’s having issues when we update stories. Get over yourself you entitled prick.
As for Jason, we welcome folks who call us out but do so in a mature and thoughtful manner that is apparently foreign to most Internet commentators. If the site bothers you that much and you believe we have no integrity, then leave. You’ll be so missed. We shall sing songs in your honor and bemoan the day you left us.
Please refer to above. Point made.
Also Matt, Jason is one of the folks who is calling you out, yet you say you deal with them in a mature and thoughtful manner. Last time I checked, and correct me if I’m wrong, but is childish sarcasm mature and thoughtful?
Just a thought.
Damn, Matt! You told them! And I’m glad you did….
I never understood why people go to sites just to bash. They do the same thing on YouTube–they click on a video they know they’re gonna hate, just to talk trash about it in the comments. It’s childish and immature.
I’m glad you called them on it.
As for the show, I’m excited for a new season. I enjoyed the first season, but I was afraid they were discontinuing the show since there were only a few episodes.
Haha, “disgusting?” Were you really DISGUSTED that an entertainment news site deleted some comments about a mistake? Did you contort your face and grunt at how despicable you find a “lack of professionalism” on a fanboy media website on the internet? Did you brush your teeth afterward and get the overwhelming need to take a shower?
To disapprove, or even be a little annoyed by it is one thing, but disgusted? I’d say what the terrorists did on 9/11 was disgusting, are you really lowering the bar on this word to envelop “covering up a mistake where a website posted the wrong video”?

Amazing. You said it all for me.
So much for respect for your readers. Wow.
So…he should show respect for an irrelevant rant against the site?
The article was fine until the self-agrandizing know-it-all comments…the REAL problem with blogs lately.
“a computer geek with too much time on his hands.”
Indeed.
If you don’t like the way Collider does it, save us your wisdom and your input.
