With the arrival of San Diego Comic-Con fast approaching, news regarding scheduling and planned events is coming in fast. And because of the hype surrounding Netflix's line-up of Marvel shows coming on the heels of Daredevil's second season that blew the minds of most if not all fans, many are hoping there will be a large presence for Marvel and their TV line appearing at the convention.

Well, prepare to get excited.

According to Deadline, Marvel is bringing the Jessica Jones spin-off Luke Cage to the event. Mike Colter, Alfre Woodard and showrunner Cheo Hodari Coker will be in San Diego to unveil preview footage from the series, which is set to hit Netflix on September 30th.

Here's the synopsis for Luke Cage:

After a sabotaged experiment leaves him with super strength and unbreakable skin,” begins the official blurb, “Luke Cage becomes a fugitive trying to rebuild his life in modern day Harlem, New York City. But he is soon pulled out of the shadows and must fight a battle for the heart of his city - forcing him to confront a past he had tried to bury.

In other SDCC news, Nickelodeon announced plans to go nostalgia-crazy at the event. At the “Back to the 90s” panel, attendees will be treated to a first look at the Legends of the Hidden Temple TV movie as well as an All That Cast Reunion with Josh Server, Danny Tamberelli, Lori Beth Denberg and Kel Mitchell.

BBC America also confirmed an Orphan Black panel which will likely have a longer line than ever given that the show to coming to a close with its fifth and final season. Tatiana Maslany, Jordan Gavaris, Kristian Bruun, Kevin Hanchard and co-creators John Fawcett and Graeme Manson will all be on hand for the Clone Club Q&A which is scheduled to take place on Friday, July 22nd.
