Mike Colter will make his streaming debut as Luke Cage when Jessica Jones debuts all 13 episodes on Netflix this Friday. Ahead of the premiere, the Hell’s Kitchen strongman is already back to work filming his solo series to premiere next year. The batch of new photos have debuted online, thanks to those pesky paparazzi, and Colter is seen using some non-superheroic abilities.

Getty Images photographer Steve Sands snapped some photos of Colter walking down the streets of Manhattan’s Upper West Side around West 145th donning a navy suit. It’s a much more dapper look than we’ve seen Cage look in the Jessica Jones trailers, in which he’s shown as a bartender supplying the tortured strongwoman with whiskey. Check him out below.

Details surrounding this scene are unknown, but earlier photos from the set revealed Colter with his character going casual sweeping up in front of Pop’s Barber Shop.

Luke Cage is the third solo superhero from Netflix and Marvel, which will be followed by Iron Fist and The Defenders miniseries event. Colter is joined by Simone Missick as Harlem detective Misty Knight, Theo Rossi as criminal from Cage’s past Shades, Frank Whaley as Misty’s NYPD partner Rafael Scarfe, Rosario Dawson reprising her Claire Temple role from Daredevil, and Mahershala Ali as Cornell “Cottonmouth” Stokes. Cheo Hodari Coker wrote the first two episodes and serves as showrunner and executive producer for the series.

As we’ve already seen with Daredevil, Netflix and Marvel are keen to green light more seasons of these solo ventures. Should Luke Cage prove as successful as “The Man without Fear,” then we should expect way more.

Here’s the official plot synopsis for Luke Cage:

After a sabotaged experiment leaves him with super strength and unbreakable skin, Luke Cage (Mike Colter) becomes a fugitive trying to rebuild his life in modern day Harlem, New York City. But he is soon pulled out of the shadows and must fight a battle for the heart of his city – forcing him to confront a past he had tried to bury.
