At this point, thanks to the film's absolutely killer marketing campaign, it doesn't really matter what anyone says. I'm walking into my screening of Mad Max: Fury Road as pumped as ever. But, then again, it certainly doesn't hurt that all of the early reviews pouring in for the franchise's fourth installment are insanely positive.
Check out the first Mad Max: Fury Road reviews and reactions below. The film is due in theaters in 3D on May 15th and stars Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron, Nicholas Hoult, Riley Keough, Zoe Kravitz, Courtney Eaton, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Nathan Jones and Abbey Lee.
Here's an excerpt from Variety's review:
"Thirty years have passed since our last visit to George Miller’s sun-scorched post-apocalyptic wasteland, and yet “worth the wait” still seems a puny response to the two hours of ferocious, unfettered B-movie bliss offered by 'Mad Max: Fury Road.'"
