EA Sports had a pretty good ad last year with Dave Franco vs. Kevin Hart, but they’ve managed to top it for Madden 16 by releasing Madden: The Movie. Franco is back, and Christopher Mintz-Plasse joins him alongside NFL superstars Julio Jones, Rob Gronkowski, Colin Kaepernick, Antonio Brown, and coach Rex Ryan for some action movie mayhem. The whole thing is delightfully bizarre, and while it doesn’t really show how this year’s Madden is any better than last year’s, this is still a lot of fun to watch.
Check out Madden: The Movie below. If you watch closely, you can see Kaepernick not fully thinking out the implications of how playing a blind guy might come back to bite him if he doesn’t perform perfectly at QB for the rest of his career.
