Warner Bros. has released the first Magic Mike 2 trailer for the sequel to director Steven Soderbergh’s 2012 stripper drama, Magic Mike XXLGregory Jacobs takes over the director’s chair this time around, as Channing Tatum’s titular character and his buddies hit the road for one last blow-out performance in Myrtle Beach.

While there's no Matthew McConaughey telling us he sees a lot of laaaaaaaawwwwwbreakers around, this trailer is still plenty of fun.  The dance moves are incredible (I have no idea how Tatum can have such a large build but glide around like he weighs nothing at all), and I appreciate any film that wants to open with the imagery of a dick shooting out sparks.  I don't know if the sequel will have the pathos of the original (Mike dancing in his workshop seems to blend the stage and his private life), but it still looks like it will be a good time.
