Spoiler: Awesome MAN OF STEEL Easter Egg Revealed; Has Possible Repercussions for MAN OF STEEL 2

     May 31, 2013

With the Man of Steel press junket happening this weekend in Los Angeles, you can expect a lot of information about the movie to get out.  If you’re trying to stay spoiler free, you might consider taking the next two weeks off from the internet.  However, while I don’t like to learn about Easter Eggs and spoilers before a movie comes out, I know many of you like to find out everything as soon as you can.

So while I debated posting what you’re about to read, since I saw the movie and completely missed this Easter Egg (chances are you will as well), I figured that maybe this info would help you see it.  So if you’d like to learn about a very cool Easter Egg, hit the jump for more.

Before going any further, I suggest not reading stuff like this until you’ve seen the movie.

Don’t read this.

You have been warned…

man of steel posterWhen our partners at Omelete spoke to Zack Snyder today, he revealed an awesome Easter Egg.  Snyder told them:

“The Wayne Enterprises logo is on a satellite that Zod destroys.”

Once Snyder revealed a Wayne logo is in Man of Steel, they asked him if he would like to pair Batman and Superman in Man of Steel 2.  He said:

“I don’t know. Everything is interesting at this point. And don’t forget that Lex is out there, doing who knows what…”

How awesome is it that Snyder found a way to get the Wayne logo in the movie!  This is definitely the next step in setting up a Justice League movie.

What are your thoughts on what Snyder revealed?  Would you want to see Batman in Man of Steel 2, or would you like to see them meet for the first time in the Justice League movie?
