mark-duplass-zero-dark-thirtyPer Deadline, Mark Duplass makes a late addition to the impressive cast for Kathryn Bigelow’s directorial follow-up to the Oscar-winning The Hurt Locker.  The film centers on the Navy SEAL team who hunted down and killed Osama Bin Laden, and boasts a script from Hurt Locker scribe Mark Boal.  Duplass, who also stars on the FX comedy series The League, will apparently be playing a “key supporting role.” In the pic.  He joins a stellar ensemble that includes Jason Clarke, Joel Edgerton, Chris Pratt, Kyle Chanler, Harold Perrineau, Jessica Chastain, Mark Strong, and Edgar Ramirez.

Additionally, Deadline reports that rapper and sometimes-actor T.I. has been added to the comedy Identity Theft.  Jason Bateman stars as a man whose identity has been stolen by a character played by Bridesmaids star Melissa McCarthy.  T.I. will be playing a bounty hunter who is after both Bateman and McCarthy, who become unlikely allies after she steals his identity.  T.I. most recently starred in Takers.  Directed by Seth Gordon (Horrible Bosses), Identity Theft also stars Jon Favreau, Amanda Peet, Jon Cho, and Clark Duke (Kick-Ass).

Last but not least, Bobby Cannavale (Cold Case, Win Win) will appear in Woody Allen’s next film.  Deadline has the casting addition, but no details are given regarding Cannavale’s role.  He joins Cate Blanchett, Bradley Cooper, Alec Baldwin, and Sally Hawkins in Allen’s comedy, which he’s set to shoot this summer in San Francisco and New York.
