Method Man Exclusive Video Interview – THE WACKNESS

     July 3, 2008

I’m going to make this intro quick and easy.

“The Wackness” is one of the best films I’ve seen this year and it’s so much better than “Hancock,” that it’s a crime more of you won’t have a chance to check it out this weekend now that it’s playing in limited release.

The film has a voice and a spirit that doesn’t come along too often, and it’s filled with great performances across the board. Plus, there are so many funny moments that it’s perfect for a date or just to go with a bunch of friends. Trust me, everyone will relate to at least one of the characters on screen…as it’s a coming of age story that’s as real as anything I’ve seen in a long time.

If you haven’t heard of “The Wackness” yet…click here to read about it and to watch some movie clips. Hopefully my words will convince you to take a chance on something you may not have heard of.

Anyway, I recently interviewed the entire cast and writer/director Jonathan Levine. While I’ve already posted all the other interviews, here’s the last one and it’s with Method Man.

During our interview, I actually learned a lot about the behind the scenes of being a celebrity and what really goes on with promoters, as Method spilled a number of secrets. And, of course, we talked about “The Wackness.” It’s a really good interview.

Finally, if you want to watch a few other interviews, here are some links to the ones I did at this year’s Sundance – Josh Peck and Method Man,Sir Ben Kingsley and writer/director Jonathan Levine.

Again, “The Wackness” is now playing in limited release and it’ll be expanding in the coming weeks. Go check it out. You’ll love it.
