We previously reported that Dave Franco would be joining Louis Letterier’s heist-thriller Now You See Me alongside Woody Harrelson and Jesse Eisenberg. The cast has been stepped up a considerable notch as The Playlist has confirmed that Michael Caine is now on board. Now You See Me follows an FBI squad on the heels of a team of bank-robbing magicians who share their profits with the audience. The Oscar-winner Caine will star in the cat-and-mouse thriller as Arthur Tressler, the magicians’ sponsor.The film, written by Boaz Yakin (Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time) and newcomer Edward Ricourt, also stars Morgan Freeman, Isla Fisher, Mark Ruffalo and Melanie Laurent. Now You See Me, through Summit Entertainment, will be revealed on January 18^th, 2013.
