According to The Hollywood Reporter, Mila Kunis is in “discussions” to join the cast of director Darren Aronofsky’s “Black Swan”. If cast, she’d play Natalie Portman’s rival, and she may or may not be a figment of the Natalie’s imagination.
While I’m excited for whatever project Darren Aronofsky wants to do as the guy makes great movies, this casting news only means one thing…”Robocop” isn’t happening anytime soon. Cause if it were, we’d be hearing about that casting and not “Black Swan’s”. Perhaps Darren will do “Robocop” down the road. But when a director decides to go to another project, it’s very rare they come back. We can only hope. “Black Swan” is scheduled to shoot this fall.
