Paramount has picked up an untitled comedy pitch by Sam Brown and Jack Angelo.  The reason: Miley Cyrus is attached to star and produce.  The precise details are under wraps, but THR hears the premise involves "a broken promise to God."  Andrew Panay (When in Rome), Adam Glass, and Jodi Zuckerman Weiner are on board to produce with Miley's mother Tish Cyrus, who served as producer on The Last Song and her daughter's next feature So Undercover.

So Undercover opens later this year, and it will be a good test of Cyrus' draw outside the Hannah Montana universe.  The Last Song grossed a solid $89 million worldwide, but the young actress is still far from a sure thing.
