Want to get a jump on two new sitcoms coming to television this fall?  You can check out the full pilots for Fox's The Mindy Project and Ben and Kate Mindy Kaling (The Office) stars in her own creation as an OB/GYN who is stuck somewhere between her ideal  relationship (based solely on romantic comedies) and her actual liaisons, which never end quite the way she hopes.  Ben and Kate, from Dana Fox (Childrens Hospital), centers on the off-kilter relationship between a bachelor brother (Nat Faxon) and his single-mom sister (Dakota Johnson).  Both shows will premiere on Fox the night of September 25th, but you can check out the full pilots after the jump.

Let's talk The Mindy Project first.  I'm a fan of Kaling, but upon watching the pilot, I don't think I'm a fan of Dr. Mindy Lahiri, at least not right off the bat.  There is a bit of chemistry between her and Chris Messina's Dr. Danny Castellano, but the rest of the cast gets lost along the way.  For the pilot, the highlights included guest spots by Bill Hader and Ed Helms.  I might just be the wrong demographic for the show, so I'll let you judge for yourselves.  Take a look at the full pilot for The Mindy Project below (via Hulu):

The Mindy Project fared better for me because at least I made it all the way to the end.  I can't say the same for Ben and Kate.  I'm not very familiar with either of the leads, but their chemistry seemed all right.  I just couldn't get hooked into the story from the outset so my attention quickly drifted off.  Again, I'll let you judge for yourselves by watching the full pilot below (via Hulu):
