Mondo’s Disney gallery show Nothing’s Impossible was another hit.  People camped out for days in the freezing weather, and the line reached over 300 people by the time the gallery opened.  Artists such as Martin Ansin, Tom Whalen, Aaron Horkey, and Jason Edmiston had killer pieces for this show which tackled hit Disney properties such as The Lion King and Beauty and the Beast.  Check out over 40 photos after the jump.

Mondo’s gallery show had some really nice pieces – so nice, in fact, that many people bought everything.  Olly Moss and Brandon Holt really knocked it out of the park with some beautiful Jungle Book pieces which both contrasted each other nicely – The Holt piece was super detailed and serious while the Moss piece was simplistic and smart.

Edmiston painted some portraits of classic Disney villains.  While the paintings weren’t for sale, a limited number of giclees were for sale.  Of course, a Disney show would not be complete without Tom Whalen’s pieces (he has been known to do one or two Disney prints in the past).

If you’re in Austin, check out the Mondo gallery at 4115 Guadalupe St.  The show runs from March 7th to the 11th.  But hurry, the pieces are going fast!  That said, the framed pieces are still on display if you just want to sight see.
