Ahead of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’s debut this Thursday night, a number of lucky people saw Zack Snyder’s epic superhero movie at the New York and Mexico City premieres, and the word is in: the reactions are overwhelmingly positive. Some of the most notable reactions to the movie include thunderous applause for Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman reveal, Ben Affleck’s Batman being hailed as one of the best, and many fans calling this one of the best superhero movies of all time. We will have to wait for the critics to chime in but for now, it appears that Batman, Superman and Wonder Woman are a hit among the fans.

Now that the DCU’s Batman got his news story for the day, it’s time to turn our attention to another Batman at Warner Bros, namely, LEGO Batman. The standout role from the LEGO Movie voiced by Will Arnett will be hitting the big screen with his own spinoff movie, and USA Today revealed the first images from the upcoming film. The movie will see Lego Batman living his solitary life in the Batcave with his butler Alfred, voiced by Ralph Fiennes. Director Chris McKay has teased the movie as About a Boy if directed by Michael Mann. Other voice actors include Rosario Dawson as Barbara Gordon, Michael Cera as Dick Grayson (a.k.a. Robin), Zach Galifianakis as the Joker and Mariah Carey as the Gotham City mayor. The LEGO Batman Movie will hit theaters on February 10, 2017.

Terminator Genisys was supposed to softly reboot the entire Terminator universe and launch a new era for the series but instead, underperformed at the box office as a critical dud. Soon after, word leaked from the studio that the future of the franchise was in jeopardy. But that’s not stopping Arnold from talking. In a recent interview with Weekend Today, Arnold Schwarzenegger was asked about the possibility of another Terminator film, to which he responded very positively, saying “I am looking forward to it, absolutely,” seemingly confirming that another movie is still in development.

Disney’s live action adaptation of The Jungle Book will be packed with A-list actors that will remain off-screen with child actor Neel Sethi’s Mowgli as the only human role. To showcase the talent behind the Jon Favreau directed movie, Disney has released some stills of the actors next to their on screen characters. The images include Idris Elba as Shere Khan, Lupita Nyong’o as Raksha, Scarlett Johansson as Kaa, Christopher Walken as King Louie, Giancarlo Esposito as Akela and Sir Ben Kingsley as Bagheera. The film opens in theatres April 15th.

While chatting with Laurence Fishburne about his role as Perry White at the Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice press junket, Collider’s own Steve Weintraub asked Fishburne about his part in John Wick: Chapter Two and how his character would fit in the universe established by the original movie. In talking about his part, Fishburne said he's not part of the Continental world but part of another that exists inside the world of John Wick. When Steve asked him how much action he’ll see in the movie, Fishburne replied: “A little bit, not a whole lot. Very, very little.” John Wick Chapter Two will star Keanu Reeves, Ian McShane, John Leguizamo, Bridget Moynahan, Laurence Fishburne and Lance Reddick. A release date has not been set.

Hi, guys my name is Mike. Yesterday on Movie Talk someone wrote in asking about movies you hated and everybody loved. My question today is the reverse – what are movies everyone hated but you loved. Mine are the three Fantastic Four movies. Thanks for all the laughs and keep up the great work.

Hey guys,

Around this time last year we already had two trailers for The Force Awakens which came out in December. Since Rogue One is going to be released around the same time, why haven’t we gotten any teasers or trailers yet? And when do you predict we’ll get our first look at the new movie? Thanks and keep doing what you do!
