The moment the floor opened, the first stop of Toy Fair 2014 was the National Entertainment Collectibles Association (NECA) booth and it was a good thing we started there because this year’s display was overloaded with new items from Captain America: The Winter Solider, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Pacific Rim, Arkham Origins, The Dark Knight and so much more.  Divergent fans should have their eye on NECA, too, because the company also revealed a whole bunch of products for the March 21st release. Hit the jump for more on the upcoming Divergent line and the rest of the NECA 2014 lot including over 100 pictures.

NECA showed off exceptionally detailed items from Alien Series 3 including Bishop (Lance Henriksen) from Aliens, the Dog Alien from Alien 3 and a 35th Anniversary tribute figure, Kane (John Hurt) in the Nostromo Spacesuit from the 1979 original.  The Predator line now includes the first ever characters from a comic book, Bad Blood and Enforcer Predator, as well as an updated Elder Predator from Predator 2.  On top of that, less than a month after announcing a partnership with Twentieth Century Fox to create a new product line, NECA had Dr. Zalus, Cornelius and Gorilla Soldier Planet of the Apes figures on display.  For those on the lookout for some lighter fare, NECA also introduced the first wave of their Scalers series, tiny collectible figures of characters like Freddy Krueger, Gollum and Gizmo from Gremlins that climb your cables and cords.  Check out images of the Scalers in action and more below.
