“Dead Snow” is part of the “just add monsters” trend of movies so instead of a regular “World War II” flick, you have Nazi zombies. And Nazi Zombies sounds very interesting on the surface. It also plays into a nice metaphor of how mob mentality can push regular men towards brainless evil (and also how Jew brains are delicious and Kosher for Passover). Sadly, I’ve heard only negatives about the film since its Sundance debut this past January.
While this new trailer is slightly similar to the ones we posted back last January, this one is A-OK by the MPAA even though there’s a ridiculous amount of gore and violence. Just remember kids: naughty words and tits are bad but hacking someone to death is family fun for everyone!
