EA has just released a new video game trailer for “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra” and it’s after the jump. While the game looks like a straight forward movie adaptation, I’m sure fans of Joe are going to eat this up. This is the kind of game that my 10 year old self would have loved.
According to EA:
The “G.I. Joe” video game will feature an exclusive storyline that picks up where the live-action movie leaves off, allowing players to re-create and re-live the greatest moments from the film, cartoon series and action figure toy line. The game will feature 12 G.I. Joe characters, each with unique abilities and weapons. Adding to the adrenaline rush will be an intense single-screen co-op mode allowing two players to easily unite as a team in a classic struggle between good and evil as they work together to defeat the powers of the Cobra organization.
Take a look at the trailer after the jump. “G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra” will be available on every console and portable system.

That's one of the ugliest games I have ever seen. People should be arrested for buying it. Or making it for that matter.

wow ive ben a huge gijoe fan since i was a kid and leave it up to ea to make this game horrible,was that some cheesy ps2 graphics or what. u cant expect much from movie to game crossovers but jesus, how much effort did ea put into this game. whoever worked on this game should be ashamed of themselves,its just pittiful what they have done to the joes. this game did have some potential but throw that right out the window. if this game is anymore than 20 bucks there charging 10 dollars to much. please ea stick to your half ass sports game PLEASE!!!!!!

This is sad. i have waited 20 years for the gijoe to come to life. and EA. goes and puts effort that would work on a nintendo 64. with the computer teck that can be done with games. its lame… it is quite a sad site…

My good, that's an awful looking game, it's like it was made with a PD game maker. EA should be ashamed of themselves if they try and market that as anything than a 10UK title??
