A new image of Josh Brolin as Jonah Hex was in last week’s issue of Entertainment Weekly. Warner Bros. has just sent over a high-res version and you can check it out after the jump. As we reported last week, the first trailer for Jonah Hex will premiere on the SyFy channel the night of April 29th. The trailer will then be available online later that night or sometime soon after. We can also confirm the trailer will be attached to A Nightmare on Elm Street, which hits theaters the following day. Finally, a new poster for Hex will debut around the same time as the trailer.

Ahhhhh. The great thing about Hex was the exposed eyeball.
I know nothing about the comic, but is it just me or does the promo that Tom Jane made look better than this? I like Brolin (nice turns in Planet Terror and No Country for Old Men) but this looks cheap. And what's with that little flap of skin over his mouth? You're telling me a real bad @ss cowboy wouldn't have chopped that off?
