Opening in theaters later this month is Quarantine director John Erick Dowdle’s international thriller No Escape, and we here at Collider have an exclusive clip from the film to debut today. Written by John Erick Dowdle and Drew Dowdle, the story revolves around an American couple (played by Owen Wilson and Lake Bell) who become caught in the middle of a violent uprising after moving their family to Southeast Asia. They subsequently rely on a government operative, played by Pierce Brosnan, to get them to safety. As seen in this clip, Brosnan’s character is not someone you want to mess with.

Check out the new clip below. No Escape opens in theaters on August 26th.
